Happy Friday everyone! How is it September already? You better believe I’ve already had a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks!

Let’s dive into this week’s post! We had a little cookout at my mom’s house the other weekend. She got the Morning Star Farms Garden Veggie burgers to try out. I hadn’t actually seen them before, but I was eager to try them out since I love the Morning Star brand. Honestly, I tend to be picky when it comes to veggie burgers. 😂 Between the taste and textures, I usually end up not caring for them. This one, however, was delicious! It actually held together on the grill pretty well too. With just some BBQ sauce and all the fixings, I really enjoyed this veggie burger!

Nutrition Facts

These Morning Star Farms Garden Veggie burgers are pretty healthy! They’re low in calories and fat and high in protein and dietary fiber. These garden veggie burgers do have actual pieces of veggies in them which is great! I will point out that they are vegetarian and not vegan. They have egg and milk ingredients.

Cooking

I have only cooked these garden veggie burgers on the grill which is my preferred method for any meatless burger. They always get that nice grill flavor. It only takes a few minutes on each side to cook these veggie burgers. From the instructions, any way you want to cook them they don’t seem to take that long though!

I just added some cheese, ketchup, mustard, and ate it without a bun (only because someone forgot to get some 🤦‍♀️). Maybe they don’t look super appetizing in this picture, but I thought they were tasty! 😂StoresAs usual, I bought the Morning Star …

Stores

As usual, I bought the Morning Star Farms Garden Veggie burgers at our local Giant. Morning Star Farms is sold at many places though, so I’m sure these garden veggie burgers will start to pop up more!

Seriously, give these Morning Star Farms Garden Veggie burgers a try at your next cookout or for a healthy, quick weeknight meal!
